Overview

Purity Professional Services LLC (“Purity Professionals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit purityprofessionals.com (the “Site”), request a quote, schedule a service, or otherwise interact with us, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver your service, and run our business responsibly.

  • Information you provide. Name, company, email, phone number, service address, preferred date and time, and any notes you share when you submit a contact, quote, or scheduling request.
  • Service & account details. Records of cleaning or vending services we’ve provided, recurring schedules, invoices, and communication history with our coordinators.
  • Site usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps) and basic analytics that help us understand how the Site is used and improve performance.
  • Cookies & similar technologies. Small files stored in your browser used for session continuity, security, and aggregate analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some Site features may not work as well without them.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our services are not directed to children.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to quote requests, schedule services, and confirm appointments.
  • Provide cleaning, janitorial, vending, and related facility services.
  • Send service confirmations, reminders, invoices, and operational notices.
  • Improve the Site, our services, and customer experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect our team and clients.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When we share information

We share information only when it’s necessary to operate our business or required by law:

  • Service providers. Trusted vendors that help us run the Site, send email, host data, and process payments — only to the extent needed to perform their work, and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Team members. Our coordinators and field crews receive the access details required to deliver your service (e.g., site address, point of contact, special instructions).
  • Legal & safety. If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Purity Professionals, our clients, or our team.
  • Business transfers. If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We’ll let you know if it changes how your information is handled.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. Service records related to active contracts are retained for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period after.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us — including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls for our team, and restricted internal handling of client details. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to act quickly if anything changes.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what information we have about you.
  • Update or correct information that’s inaccurate.
  • Request that we delete information we no longer need.
  • Unsubscribe from non-essential email by replying to any message or using the unsubscribe link.

We’ll always need to keep certain records to comply with tax, accounting, and contract obligations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Effective” date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know.
